Just a heartfelt reminder that whether you are single, dating, in a relationship/s…

Remember, you are not a half.

You are already full, as you are…with or without somebody else.

Even if you are in a relationship, you are complete in and of yourself.

You do not need anyone to complete you.

You are already complete…never incomplete.

Whether you are single, dating or in a relationship, the most empowering thing is to self-source love and joy, rather than seeking it outside of yourself. This way, you attract more of this energy into your life if you are single/dating, and it is only illuminated and enhanced when you are in relationship.

Rather than giving from a state of depletion that has been glorified as ‘selflessness’/‘generosity’…let’s normalise giving from an overflowing cup of abundance. Giving is generous, but only when we do so from an overflowing cup. When you give from a state of depletion, you’re not doing anyone (especially yourself) any favours. When we give from an overflowing cup, we have so much more to give anyway.

Let’s normalise receiving…without the guilt.

Let’s normalise prioritising our own pleasure.

Let’s normalise prioritising self-care.

Let’s normalise saying ‘no’ when we know we need to.

Do the things that fill up your cup. Do the things that have you in a constant state of overflow and abundance.

Are your lifestyle and choices ones that reflect a deeply nourishing relationship with yourself?

How do you show up for yourself? How do you desire to be loved?

Remember, we must first learn how to love ourselves so that we can then teach others how we desire to be loved…

CHOOSE YOURSELF first and foremost…

Then choose lovers who elevate you higher into love with yourself, with them and with life.

Because…yes dear, you are so so worthy of love…

And that starts with you, with and within yourself.
