Again, this beach was not initially on my itinerary because I didn't even know about it! I had initially heard about it when I was on 'Le Levant' from a friend I had made on the island, Phillipe, when he was insistent I visit this amazing beach because it would be along the way on my travels.

I decided to give it a miss when heading from Hyéres to Saint Tropez, but then as I was researching nude beaches near Saint Tropez, 'Plage Le Layet' actually came up a few times as like 'the best nude beach'. It looks stunning from the photos, and it also had private beach beds and a restaurant. So, on one of my 'days off' in Saint Tropez, I decided I just had to drive back an hour the other way and visit this nude beach.

Yep, it was SOOOO worth it! Beautiful, with the option of private beds or the public beach, toilets and a restaurant...you have all the facilities and you can be nude!
