Come and join me for a relaxingly serene magnesium float session. 

Whilst I always post snippets from my sessions on Snapchat...now you get to join me inside the tank for a session. Starting out with a pre-float shower, we then move on to immersing ourselves in the tank and enjoying this meditative experience together, enjoying the sounds of a background meditation with accents of water. Watch the electric and mesmerising light show as it fractures off of the water and around the tank. We'll conclude our session with a post-float shower...leaving the experience feeling rejuvenated and relaxed. 

Float therapy is the practice of entering a high concentrate magnesium sensory deprivation pod, with zero gravity, while partially submerged in 30 cm of water. It’s something I tried a number of years ago but have only started a consistent weekly practice a year ago. Benefits can include enhanced muscle relaxation, muscle and pain relief, enhanced magnesium absorption, reduced stress, improved sleep.
