I don’t think that’s the truth, though. I think Agatha was telling the truth. The only reason she stayed with her husband is because she’s got a child, she wanted what’s best for her baby, but it’s gotten to a point that she is being forced to think of herself and her needs, wants, and desires. What does SHE want to do? So, finally, she is beginning to take the steps to do what she wants, on her own terms, and choose Al.

True. That family dynamic was the motovation for staying, at least for a little while. Now that the kid's grown, Agatha doesnt have to worry about that.
