Hi chumps!

This is an announcement for those who joined the $200 physical gift tier for the clay CloudTomo keychains. Some of you may have downgraded, so I'm posting this for all members to see!

In order to make sure you get your gift 100%, management has decided to add an optional tracking number purchase for the physical gift tier! This will apply to all physical gifts down the road as well!

You can purchase tracking here  https://www.patreon.com/NeneAmano/shop/patreon-physical-tier-shipping-with-204369

Why get a tracking number?

A package with no tracking number is slower. There is also a chance that your package may be lost in the mail. If the package is lost, unfortunately management cannot guarantee a replacement. Purchasing tracking is optional, but please be aware of the risks that comes with shipping a package without tracking.

I hope your CloudTomo gets to you safely! 🤍🤍🤍

了解だよ。私は日本からなら大丈夫かな。 届くの楽しみ🥰🤍

Akkan

100% worth it 😤

Nene Amano

そう、インターセプターさんは日本だから全然大丈夫！👍

Akkan

ClayTomo is coming home safe 😤😤

Daniel Gallardo

So I just purchase the tracking number? I don't have to give any additional information?

Nene Amano

Nope, that's it! Management already has your shipping info! If anything else is required, management will let you know through Patreon DM!

A Cloudtomo clay keychain may be 1 out of 17, but each and every one is a SSR!

Huh

Glad there's an option for this, it's better to be safe than sorry when it comes to shipping. Really looking forward to seeing which adorable Claytomo I'll get. 🥰

David Winney

This is good to know. Thanks for the update.

Anubis

You worked hard to create them, and a lot of big love has been used too, so I'm glad we can get that! The little guy deserves to travel first class!😤 Also, cute picture, chump!😊🤍

Nene Amano

Yes! Only the best for cloudtomos! Thank you☺️🤍🤍

David Winney

Sorry to bring it up, but was there any update regarding the last physical gift? Should I contact management?

Nene Amano

I wrote you a new card, since the last one has probably been lost in the mail since you didn't receive it. I'm so sorry about this. It will be shipped out with your CloudTomo Keychain! Also, I ran out of stickers, but I made the card extra special. So I hope you enjoy it🥺🤍

David Winney

It’s not your fault at all, no worries. I really appreciate the gesture, so thank you so much.

Anubis

No you chump! Thank you for all the things you do, with so much love and passion everyday! 🤍🤍

El Tomo Feurte (Andrew)

Thank you for letting us know all this. I don't know yet if I'll get the tracking option, there's a lot of other things I have to take of and buying the tracking doesn't go to further support you, doe it? I'm sure it will make it in the mail eventually, I'm sure your card came in too I just need to finally pick it up from the mail office.

Nene Amano

Thats okay🤍! Yeah, none of the money from the tracking goes to me, it goes to management!

El Tomo Feurte (Andrew)

Thank you very much for letting me know, Nene <3 Management also gets support when I do stuff like donate on streamlabs or gift memberships so they'll get help from me through those, I think everything will be okay without tracking this time. I'm still really happy this is an option, maybe in the future I'll take the offer!

Michael Higgins

Thank you for offering this option, definitely appreciate being able to get them faster/safer. :) 🤍

Nene Amano

You're very super welcome, chump!🤍🤍

All You Can Eat Chili

I know it's a management question but I'm not sure how to reach out. Will they send a tracking number separately? I'm trying to find out if a porch pirate stole this (irreplaceable) or stole something else (which is replaceable).

Nene Amano

They will send a tracking number separately! They didn't send out the packages yet, so I don't think it was stolen. I'll get back to you once management gives me the tracking numbers!

Arbiter

Mine came in today! It's adorable Nene! 😍😚

Nene Amano

I'm sooo glad to hear that chump! Big love🥺🤍🤍🤍🤍

El Tomo Feurte (Andrew)

Hey Nene, because of what I told you about last week, i am not going to be able to receive any of these mailed gifts for a while. If I'm lucky I'll be able to get a new apartment or something in time before the next physical gifts are sent but i dont think it is likely.

Nene Amano

Hi chump! I'm so sorry, and hope everything is ok! Hang in there please! 🥺🥺🥺 I can save your gifts in the future, just let me know when you have a shippable address again!

El Tomo Feurte (Andrew)

I also wanted to let you know I don't think the last one came in for me, so maybe it was a mistake to not take the tracking. Im mostly sure the mail office still has the first two but I really need to get on them to make sure I receive them, and it's possible they have the third one as well and just never gave me a notification for it. I don't know exactly when will be a good time for me to go and try to get them, hopefully soon. Love you so much Nene.

El Tomo Feurte (Andrew)

Thank you so much for the offer. Do whatever works best for you please. I will definitely let you know as soon as I have a shippable address. Thank you for everything Nene. Seeing your words like that really helps make me feel better.
