I had the idea for this animation for a while, but I never got around to it because I was always stuck working on longer projects. But ever since I got the fluid painter addon, it made this project extra possible by making it extra messy. Setting up the Project:The idea was pretty simple so setting it up was also pretty simple, the hard part however, was getting the jiggle physics to work as good as they did. I first had to redo Illari's cage meshes. This was because the last time I used Illari in a project was in animation 4: Spa Day (Ashe x Illari). Those cage meshes and cloth physics settings that I used to simulate her jiggle were very outdated. In the old project, Illari's breasts were way too stiff, and the thighs were too wobbly. The butt physics were from Animation 2: Kiriko's Plaything (Kiriko x Ashe) and those physics somehow just worked surprisingly well, and I have stuck with them ever since. Anyways, I copied the cloth settings for her breasts and thighs using the settings I setup for Widowmaker in the sadly still unreleased Animation 8: Widow x Mercy. Next, I setup a basic animation loop where Illari would plop down on the desk. The hardest part about perfecting this was the thigh cage mesh just wasn't working that well. I fixed it as best as I could by repainting the weight a few times but it wasn't perfected. However, you couldn't really see how much the thigh clips through the desk in the final product because of the camera angle. Here is the front view of her breast physics which definitely look a lot better than how they were in animation 4:

The Map:My original Idea for the setting of this animation was going to be a dimly lit bedroom, but that would have been really hard to decorate and was just kind of boring, so I went with an office setting to make it more unique and give it more of a story where Illari was doing this at work. The textures and most of the 3D assets were from BlenderKit. The stickynotes were added to give more detail to the back separator wall thing. And this is what they said on them because I had to write something, even though they are completely illegible in the final animation:

The other thing that took me a bit of time in the background was the Employee of the Month Plaque. Just to give the scene a bit more story I slapped a shirt and glasses on Nyl's Widow model, rendered one frame, and put it on a plaque using the build in Blender text for the "Employee of the Month".

Creating the Dildo:To create this big purple monster, I used what I learned in animation 7 to make the candles. Basically, just basic blender sculpting where you heavily subdivide an object, switch to sculpt mode, and alter the object that way. For the dildo I used a cylinder, subdivided it a ton, added the bottom rim, then used the blob brush to draw the veins, and add subtle bumps / details.

The way I added the liquid onto it was by mixing a principled BSDF node onto the purple latex material with an image texture as the factor so I could hand paint it on using texture paint. I also used this same technique for the desk.

I also animated the dildo a little bit in the final animation, which was done with a shape key that was setup by just dragging the top a little bit with sculpt mode.

The Sticky Liquid:This part was basically done in 3 separate steps. Part 1 was to paint the fluids on the table and at the base of the dildo, then parent them to the table so they would follow it when Illari would land and push it down.

The next part was to paint the drops on her cheeks. This was originally much more detailed, however, (I didn't think of it at the time) the subdivision on the characters mesh kind of changes it. This is because I painted the fluids on her when the subdivision mod was off. Which basically means her mesh changes, which also changes the location of the painted-on fluids.

I ended up liking the changes it made with the subdivision modifier, so I kept it that way.And the last part was of course adding all the strands, this was done by just painting a dot on her cheeks, making it follow via surface deform, then putting a drop on the table, merging them, and turning on string visibility. They also all have different sizes and settings, so they all look a bit different to one another.

Finishing Touches & Audio:Once everything was pretty much done, I added Juno and Kiriko in, kind of as a joke for a short looping gif to give it more 'Overwatchness'. But I then went back and animated them admiring Illari throughout the whole final thing.

The audio for this was a bit challenging because I had to find and edit the perfect desk/door impact audio in the OpenNSFW Sound Pack. Along with wet plopping sounds. Once that was all done, I had added reverb to some of it, so it sounds like it was happening in an open office space. I also had to make sure it looped.

And as always, if I explained something that didn't make sense, or if I forgot to explain something entirely, or if you want to know anything else, just leave a comment here or send me a DM and I will do my best to answer it! A lot can be forgotten throughout the time that I worked on this.
