Idle Oath

I remember after Mindful Education came out everyone was 1. so excited kids were getting basically an intro to cognitive behavioral therapy in a cartoon and 2. CAN WE PLEASE PUT STEVEN IN THERAPY ALREADY

Definitely! I love how this show continues to push the boundaries of what's considered kids media. And yes Steven has definitely gone through a lot that he hasn't had time to process 😅

Mindful Education is my absolute favorite episode, mostly because of the song. It's my favorite song, and something I always go back to when I'm not doing too great. Everytime I feel overwhelmed or think everything is just too much, I put that song on and sing it to myself, just to remember I'm here and it's ok <3

I totally understand! Its a beautiful song and can see how listening to it can help you ground yourself. Here comes a thought sparked my interest in watching Steven Universe so I definitely have a special connection to the song now.
