ExVeemon Day 2022 [WIP, inks] (Patreon)

Anyway, I'm currently in the car on day 9 of this 10-day road trip. I'm exhausted, I'm sore, I'm eager to get back to my station where I can draw without being tightly curled up in an uncomfortable leather seat awkwardly balancing my tablet in one arm and using two fingers for everything else. Anyway. I've been working on a bunch of stuff all along the way, and besides being pleasantly surprised by how well I can draw in a moving vehicle that is made for sport more than comfort, I managed to avoid being completely caught off-guard by another one of these character days! And what a good day it is.

You may remember a sketch of this piece way back. Well, this is one of the pieces that went down when my other tablet died. The good news is that I had a snapshot of it in a friend's Telegram! The bad news is that it was only 720 resolution, and just the one layer. I spent a good deal of time bringing it back up to speed, which meant re-sketching a lot of lost details and having to completely redo outlines. But I did it, and we're back on track! Even better, I can say this will almost certainly be complete by ExVeemon Day! It will be flat colored like the previous one. So stay tuned!

And yes, I know ExVeemon is missing his wings and right arm. Those are on the to-do list.
