Content

This session has double binds, eye focus fractionation, embedded suggestions, hypnotic utilization, pacing and leading, anchoring and a post hypnotic suggestion, an ideomotor eye response, and repetition and looping.

There's low-key ambient music in the background, three countdowns, and a few trigger sounds that are soft and not jarring (a bass sound and the ting of a bell)

You can play this on repeat or not. This ends with an open soft emergence, where I give you the choice to just keep melting deeper into relaxation or slowly come up and back to the world while bringing the relaxation with you.

There’s no need to pay attention to me, and there’s no need to think. All you have to do is feel your empty mind fill up with the sound of my voice, and feel your body melt down, deep down, ten times deeper, into the most perfect and natural relaxation. Letting everything go, and feeling your body become so still and heavy that you could float up and away into the clouds.

Your empty mind is so good at obeying my instructions, and today that will melt you and sink you ten times deeper into the most perfect relaxation.

This was surprisingly effective. While I had a lot of thoughts at the start over time there were less and less and it became harder to think. I believe after the second eye opening countdown I just zonked out completely. Thank you for this wonderful experience.

This is another major win. Lovely after the "Dr Signum" one...

This is the trance I am looking for. She uses her voice as a tool to guide the subject, more than using a person-to-person role play. It’s not impersonal, but feels a bit more clinical (disclaimers respected, of course). I enjoyed this.
