Still Awake? Not For Long [F4A] (Patreon)

Content
It’s time to rest now, unwinding more than you ever have before. There’s no reason for you to pay attention to the meaning of my words, and there’s no need to use your brain. Now’s the time to notice that your mind is powering down, and that it’s become quiet and still. Just winding down now in such a nice way, slowly but surely as the moments go by.
And before you can notice it, there just won't be any activity in your mind at all.
Are you still awake? Not for long.
And so now your eyes may be open, or they may already be closed. And if your eyes are open, you’re resting your gaze on a place that is just right for you. No matter where you’re resting your gaze, in a way that feels perfect and right for you, pretty soon I think your eyes will simply become so heavy and so tired that you’ll have no choice but to let them close so heavy and good. And so your blinking is becoming slower, and there’s a longer pause in between those heavy blinks, because soon, although I don’t know exactly when, you’re simply going to let your eyes close so heavy and good.
And before you know it, your eyes are going to close.
Are you still awake? Not for long.
You’re breathing in and out, as you feel the sound of my voice moving through your mind. Inhale and exhale for me now, breathing in a way that’s perfect for you. Breathing naturally. And as you breathe in and out, my voice moves through every part of your mind, slowly settling in every small corner. And it doesn’t matter if you’re paying attention to this or not, it’s going on anyway...
