Alvar here, with this week's haul of codex goodness. This time, something we hadn't done in a while... an NPC! Mystery abounds in Sheol, as a very particular Dipsomaniac swears upon the powers of a mysterious "goat man", whom he claims can restore his mortal body, a feat considered practically impossible by all but the most storied arcanists of legend.
