NEW BOOK IN THE WORKS: LAYERS OF PANDEMONIUM
Lilith's Enchiridion's even eviler cousin is dropping next month! The Broken Hells, the sole unexplored plane in the Universe of Strings, will be featured in an entry next month: Layers of Pandemonium! As you can see from the couple of monsters included in this email, Pandemonium is heavily inspired by a new batch of artworks by Midnight/Yin Zhe that we've licensed. Expect enormous monsters with terrifying tentacles! No, not like that. Perverts!
With a recommended level of 5th to 20th, Layers of Pandemonium is the missing puzzle piece of a bundle we're working on: the Lower Planes collection, which would include Lilith's Enchiridion and Angels of Tartarus. We'll let you know more soon! The exact release date of this book is still TBD (as is the book, of course), but we can assure you it won't be much longer than July!
"There are a thousand stories to be told of Pandemonium in the Dawn Age.
Of how Abaddon rose as God of Doom, and was killed with the leave of his own mother, Tiamat.
Of how Leung took control of the draconic horde after laying down the gargantuan Szarsmok.
Of a million lives great and small, competing for dominance, and forging bonds stronger than Teng steel...
But the deafening ring of Pandemonium's destruction has drowned them all out. Only shattered layers remained in the wake of the void, ruled by brutal archdemons, scheming devils, and dragons older than dust.
What secrets lie behind the fracture?"

ARIADNE'S BOOK OF LEGENDS ALPHA V.1.1 IS OUT!
Last week, we released Ariadne's Book of Legends - Alpha v.1.0. We were promptly bombarded by incredible feedback, tales of playtesting, and important caveats to consider while building this great project of ours. Those of you who have been reading through the Alpha document and sending us your thoughts, we thank you immensely!
This feedback has allowed us to quickly work out Alpha v.1.1, with a patch that goes over the most broken interactions in the book, several stat block issues, Mythical Technique abuses, and a wealth of wording mistakes! You can inspect all changes made to the document in the changelog on the final page. We're keeping it tidy!
These changes are what an Alpha is for, so if you are one of the few backers brave enough to test this new system, note that your feedback is the key to honing our project and making it the best it can be! Anyway, Alpha v.1.1 is out; you can download it from the latest Kickstarter update! Expect a few more Alpha updates as we continue tweaking the game system to your liking!
REVAMPING OLD BOOKS!
We're currently working on your wiki submissions from last month! In the meantime... We want to know...During the last year (or so), we've been working on our old library, the original Codex of Strings books. We've been revamping them! You might have seen your favorite book get a new look, like The Court of the Afterlife, or even have a complete renewal, like Alesthesian's Guide to the Exalted Wilds (previously known as The Sacred Blooms).
We've made a selection of the most likely Codex Entries to see a revamp in the near future. You'll see that there are no Core XII books, and that's because those would probably take a long time to revamp, so we're keeping those out of the options for now. So, let us know which Codex Entry you want to see remade (and possibly finished)!
As always, thank you so much for your help and support. They mean the world to us ❤︎Cheers and Happy Threadseeking!- Alvar, Jen, Marce, and LinThe team of Ariadne's Codex of Strings
