THE RESULTS ARE HERE! THE NEXT BOOK IS…

About two and a half years ago, in January 2024, we released one of our favorite books to this day, Pantry of the Multiverse.

Last month, we asked you which old Codex release you wanted to see remade. You voted, and by a really small advantage, Pantry came first, leaving Angels of Tartarus and Gallaway's Guide to Celestials and Seraphim behind. But don't worry, these will be the next books we remake!

With the help of the incredible Beni Abbate, we're giving Pantry a whole new look. Your favorite dishes look even tastier now!

What is Pantry of the Multiverse? Well, you're in for a treat, literally! Pantry is a sourcebook all about cooking, eating, and drinking. Follow the most famous cook of the City of Strings, Azar Khan, in an unpaid internship, going through the three levels of Cookbooks. Become part of the College of Cuisine and earn new culinary feats and spells! Fight rivals, duel against your teachers, and win legendary objects only a starred chef can access. BOOK OF LEGENDS ALPHA v 1.2: THE CHARACTERS UPDATE

Dear patrons of Ariadne’s Book of Legends,

Rejoice! A new version of the Alpha is out!

So, what's up with this Alpha? This v1.2 brings sweeping changes to many of the classes, with a focus on 5.5e compatibility across the board. That many changes mean the game might actually be more unbalanced than before, which is a sentence we never thought we’d have to write. Most of what you’ll find across the document is aimed at ensuring each class identity carries properly into the legendary levels, so if your Fighter suddenly feels like a completely different beast, that’s intentional. Probably.

We want to thank our incredible playtesters, who have been running mock legendary battles in the Discord server and catching things we never would have caught on our own.

As we continue working on Ariadne's Book of Legends, we have come to realize that we are known mainly for our legendary CR 30+ level bosses and our high-stakes world-ending fights... which is fair, since we have a bunch.

In the past, we've been asked to release more low-level content for new parties. We're always down to do so; lower-level content is always fun to do (like The Ichorous Peninsula). We just wanted to know your experiences!
