Wildswimming at last (Patreon)

I don't remember last time I didn't had a dip for more than a couple of days...

Today I finally managed to had a swim in wild waters, in the sea, after having been inmersed in a camp running Qigong sessions and attending lots of singing workshops.

What a start of August in the UK, so full, of friendship, song, good conversations, movement, simplicity, no phone for most of the time... Now I'm ready to return back home, to my river, my garden, my land...
