There's something about this time of transition towards autumn equinox that feels me with delight.

It's changeability, and the way that it can be everything pretty much at the same time. Wet and warm, humid, windy, still, drizzly, with heavy rain, storm, scorching sun...

There's something about letting go of expectations and be fully present with what is; of breathing in and out of water, and in the liminal space in between.
