This morning we had a lovely frost in the fields (nasturtiums do look a bit flap... ). I waited for the sun for my dip and some tasty Qigong in my beloved spot. I really noticed many more birds than usual, and so much easier to spot because of the bare trees... Some robins, chiffchaffs, dippers, buzzard, crows... Out in the sun we're having these days! 🙏🏽
