In the last few days I'm experiencing a fresh wave of connectedness and aliveness that I hadn't felt in quite a while. It's very intense, and also sublte. A veil has been lifted, the veil that was covering my most spiritual depth. A side of me that was muted under life in the middle world and under navigating the waters of an endangered relationship. A reminder that when I don't create space for my spirituality, I can't fully reach this expanse of aliveness. Working on grief also creates this space. Sacred space and time to embody the soul 🙏🏽
