Miko hated this part. The dying wasn't so bad, she'd done that plenty of times now; sometimes because she was outnumbered, other times because she had simply been outclassed. And sometimes, like this time, because she grew careless.

The blade slashed her belly, and even as the essence of her sprayed out in a gush of chaotic magicks, she could only scream her frustration at being defeated by the village militia. They had come to raid them for rice, and instead had found a militia ready to fight them off.

What could she do? She fell to her knees, the weight of her own body surprising her as she she jolted from the impact. Her sisters were being pushed back; the raid had failed. Poor planning, and they would all suffer the consequences. For now she could only bask in the futility of trying to hold on... trying to ignore that she had just climaxed from the sheer intensity of it all.

Their bodies would reform elsewhere in time. Days. Weeks. Months, perhaps. But they would remember this death. This defeat. And they would either learn from it, or suffer such humiliation again...

Another request done! A shorter one, but hopefully still enjoyable <3

Even Hime's beloved bodyguard Miko doesn't always come out on top. In battle, even one mistake can mean perishing at the feet of your enemy u.u

When they get reborn, is it in an identical-looking body or just any random furry?
