New video was made for you eventhough I was in pain due to my hefty body and unhealthy lifestyle. My lower back was in such pain all night since yesterday’s evening when I did bend over way too fast. I slept 3,5 hrs only and almost collapsed in the morning when I felt dizzy in the shower.
