Regarding the hypothetical post-MCU panel: I kind of would like to hear from Iman Vellani and Xochitl Gomez (both being actresses who launched their careers in MCU projects and who've been sort of left out to dry by the powers that be at Disney)

The two standout moments to me - the two that don't have any pangs of "We're still so DOOOOOOOOOMED" - are: (a) Jane Fonda going, "It wasn't?!" at being told that it wasn't real peeing in HOLY SMOKE followed by Kate Winslet's, "You can't piss on cue, Jane" and (2) Jennifer Lawrence saying, "I don't like acting unnecessarily" - which is a funny line about rehearsal but also the most Jennifer Lawrence thing to say. That's not to unduly typify her, and I've always found Lawrence's whole *thing* to be actual authenticity rather than feigned authenticity. Pardon if these things are brought up in the episode that I've just started listening to.

during the 2014 directors roundtable, which was filmed a few days after nichols’ death i remember bennett miller being emotional and also bringing up how nichols was always wanting to make sure he had his finances in order and had a good shrink…

It must be noted that Rampling's "I heard you're playing Katharine Hepburn" moment is followed by Blanchett talking about how she's going to be playing Lucille Ball - and I'd forgotten it, but there was a point in time when the project that would become BEING THE RICARDOS was going to star Blanchett rather than Nicole Kidman. (BEING THE RICARDOS, a movie I more-or-less like.)

Also, character actor Cranston was hilarious on Seinfeld and Malcolm in the Middle. Then great on Breaking Bad and then he broke lol. But he was funny on the Studio, so, go be funny again! (Also his daughter is my favorite character on The Pitt, Dr. Mel King. She's neurodivergent in real life and heartwarming representation for an nd person like me :) )
