Personally I don't find it weird that anthro would have human dick, otherwise it feels a bit too much like bestiality

I find it weird when centaurs have human dicks, it's all about personal preference and interpretation. Given that centaurs are sentient and have agency, the shape of their body doesn't really matter so much to me so long as the whole looks correct. I've seen some people do a hybrid dick, that can work sometimes too and get around the whole beastiality thing. Everyone has a different place they're comfortable with anatomically speaking, some will only have human dicks on anthros (but are totally okay with animal heads, which raises its own questions really I guess), and some will only do fully accurate to the original species dicks. Centaurs always sit in this weird place where they seem to generate the most discussion about what is and isn't correct, and what is and isn't acceptable. Personally I take the view that it's a fantasy creature in a fantasy environment and it's therefore okay. I mean, we've got sentient carnivorous plants here, blobs, preds that consume prey many times their own size but are also bipedal... a half-horse half-man with a horse dick is the least of our concerns.
