Sung's swamp is carefully tended to make sure it's full of all sorts of interesting predators and situations for visitors and staff alike to get themselves into. There's a lot of maintenance required, and sometimes security issues. There's also sometimes disagreements with how things should be done and, as Sung says, since it's his swamp he gets to decide how to solve the problems.
