Hello and welcome to the ultimate Freddie's House Guide!

Patreon can be a little tricky to navigate, and I have almost 1000 hours of content to sift through, so I know it can be a little overwhelming. This should make it easier to find what you're looking for.

ⓘ ✦₊ How my content works:

I stream on Twitch 2 times a week for around 3 hours each time. The VODs (Videos on Demand – the recordings of the livestreams) get uploaded to Patreon within 24 hrs.

We typically watch a TV show together on Wednesdays and do a big K-Pop/Music catch-up on Sundays with some form of deep-dive on the last Sunday of the month, though this varies depending on schedules/the vibe of the stream.

I upload 2 TV show episodes a week. Tuesdays are for "short" shows (12 episodes and under) Fridays are for "long" shows (12 episodes and up, incl. multi-season shows)

Patreon members vote for these shows via poll from a shortlist I curate from suggestions. You can submit suggestions here.

I upload 2 episodes of variety content a week. Thursdays are a free slot/miscellaneous where I either choose from recommendations or decide on my own based on comebacks/key releases/my whim and fancy. Saturdays are our rotating slot for the Top 5 favourite groups in Freddie's House, voted for by members every 6 months.

The current Top 5 groups are: ZB1/AND2BLE, Stray Kids, ATEEZ, &TEAM, AHOF. You can submit variety suggestions here.

I upload 1 movie a month. This replaces the miscellaneous variety on the first Thursday of the month.

A typical week looks like this:

Occasionally I will decide to react to a show on YouTube. This will temporarily disrupt the Patreon schedule, replacing the Thursday variety slot.

Apple charges an extra 30% if you purchase through the Patreon iOS app

This 30% goes directly to Apple. Not to Patreon or to me. They overcharge purely for the convenience of using the iOS app.

You do not need to be paying extra!

Always make your purchases through the web browser on your phone or iPad (Safari, Chrome, Firefox – whatever you use)

If you have already paid for a membership in the iOS app, you can cancel your membership through the iOS app, wait until the membership has expired and then resubscribe via your mobile or desktop browser

You will still be able to use the Patreon app to watch content as normal! This is just to bypass Apple's payment system.

Refunds won't be granted for first-time purchases. I've worked hard to make my Patreon as transparent and easy to understand as possible, so please read carefully before you purchase!

Refunds won't be granted for shop purchases. Purchases of a collection or post give you instant access to specific reactions as soon as your payment goes through.

Any other refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. You're welcome to leave me a message with your refund request or send a DM.

Please don't use AI to draft your message, as it tends to churn out very similar messaging that looks like spam/people creating multiple accounts to purchase and refund for free access.

How do I change my membership tier?

What happens when I cancel my membership?

You will be asked if you'd like to remain a free member. This is a great way to still keep tabs on me if you think you'd like to watch another reaction in the future!

You'll be notified when I post upcoming schedules, updates and my YouTube reactions

Occasionally Patreon will send through offers for discounted membership and unlocked posts. This is fully automated and I don't have any control over what gets sent, but if you think you'll come back in the future, it's a good thing to keep an eye on!

You will be asked to complete a voluntary exit survey

This is 100% anonymous – I see the reason you've chosen and any messages you leave, but not who has sent them

Can I pay extra?

You can, but it is entirely optional! If you'd like to pay more per month, you can click the edit icon (the little pencil) when purchasing your subscription. I also have a KoFi where you can send something one-off if you'd like to, but please don't feel obliged!

Occasionally we have community members gift memberships to others who may not be able to afford it. This is done on an honour system. The memberships are first offered to stream attendees and then to the wider community on Discord. If this is something you'd be interested in, pease send me a DM on Patreon!

How can I get you to watch something?

You can submit reaction suggestions via the content suggestions form. This is the only way to request a reaction.

Please do not spam the Patreon comments, my DMs, the Twitch chat or Discord with reaction requests. It is against the community rules and will most likely make me not want to react to the thing you're asking me to watch :(

Most Patreon TV show reactions are voted for by poll, K-Pop variety and movies are chosen by me. I choose what to put on the poll and what to watch from the content suggestions form. I choose based on what has been submitted by different people multiple times, compelling comments attached to the submissions, and what I think will be popular amongst the general Freddie's House community.

I also only choose options for the poll that I think I'm going to really enjoy – this is what keeps the reactions genuine and engaging!

Your best bet is to connect with fellow fans on Discord or the Patreon chat and campaign for the shows you want. We've had bargains struck amongst fandoms in the past (ie. you vote for my fav show now and I'll vote for your fav next time) and in rare cases I will decide to override the poll.

This happened with Interview with the Vampire and it ended up becoming one of my favourite shows!

NO SPOILERS!

No hints, suggestions, vibes, expectation setting, or 'wait and see's. Reactions are best when I go into them as unaware as possible. I try super hard to avoid them when I'm scrolling in my daily life so I can come to things as fresh as I can.

Often in my reactions I will be agonising over the plot and getting really into what's happening. I might say something like "PLEASE WHAT IS HAPPENING" "I WISH I KNEW WHAT WAS COMING" etc. This is just me expressing how I'm feeling about the show. I don't actually want to know what's coming up!

No racism, homophobia, transphobia, xenophobia, ableism, or hate speech.

People make mistakes! And that's ok! But I have them clearly posted across all my socials and talk in my content about my gender identity in depth. If you are corrected by myself or the mods more than 3 times, you will be removed.
