I feel like deep in is the perfect example of using classic tropes well! So excited to see the rest of the reactions and can’t believe you are honouring the tie! 😭😂

AH it's going to be so fun rewatching with you! I hadn't watched the post credits scenes so thank you unicoh🙏

unicoh7

I made that comment cause some other reactors have missed the post credits scenes as well.

The intro song is "Back to You" by Cayson Renshaw. https://open.spotify.com/track/4uK43fkP1uGL7n6PYLlzbl?si=9e875972e4b14f4e Ollie sings the ending credits song "Tiger in My Love". It was only released on Chinese music platforms but there are lyric videos on YouTube. https://youtu.be/vhIfGl5Hr0U Adam and RJ looked up Magic City and Coconut City in their reactions. Magic City are nicknames for Shanghai and Chonqing while Coconut City is the nickname for Haikou. There are some lines that are from the novel which is the source material for the show that would make more sense cause the characters in the novel are older and in their 30s and closer to middle age.

Freddie I'm so excited for you to watch this series! My brain also thought of coconut mall from Mario kart. I couldn't stop laughing when you played Ollies wonka video. Silly mood is the best.

unicoh7

That's the first time i've seen that Ollie Wonka vid.

Laci

Honestly same since I haven't seen boys planet

I feel like a lot of the initial hype around the show was because of Ollie because what do you mean Ollie Wonka is a Top in a BL drama?!? But people stayed for the story because MAN! This show was good and so well produced. Fair Warning, it does get kinda dark in the middle so be prepared. :)
