Happy New Year, all! Sword Interval has returned from hiatus and begun its second to last arc.

I realize things have been a bit silent on this Patreon, and for that I'm sorry. I've just been real busy these last couple months getting the Kickstarter stuff all wrapped up, and that's on top of writing the rest of Sword Interval. There just hasn't been a lot of time for sketches and desktops.

I'll try and make up for that soon.

When my workload has settled a bit, I'll look into revamping the Patreon into something both easier for me to manage, and more exciting for you folks. I have some ideas, but nothing set in stone as of yet.

Thanks for the support, everyone.

Dang... I just realized that flatting all those sunflowers must have been a *chore*! I love seeing the process behind your beautiful works; it makes me appreciate them all the more. What's the rough breakdown of time spent between each phase?

Thank you. I have an assistant - Natasha Petrovic ( 1000deaddraculas.com ) - that helps with base colors. Even then, it takes me maybe 25-30 hours per week to produce an episode. Pencils usually take me the longest. Inks and shading can be a little easier, as less reference needs to be looked up at that stage. Complex and details panels can take longer to ink than draw, though.

Ben, I absolutely love The Sword Interval and I'm kicking myself for not supporting you sooner. I really wish I could contribute more, but I will most definitely be buying this story in a physical copy once it is all done. Thank you for creating such an amazing world!
