Very happy for Rebecca. When I met you, I couldn’t quite explain the happiness I felt either. I didn’t cry but I certainly didn’t shut up about it for a while (clearly, since I’m mentioning it now). Dan is a giant teddy bear in person. (And no, not a fat reference 💀) very sweet and easy to talk to. She’ll always remember that.

Hi Dan, here’s a little tip: If at all possible, don’t let yourself get hungry. The reason is because we tend to overeat during the upcoming meal or before the meal if we’re hungry. You probably already know this, but of course, I have no idea what you know or don’t know.

Stayed with the main live until my signal crapped out in the Raton Pass. That and it was down to 20 mph on those icy roads. That said, I really got to check out the Polaroids. Add them to my ongoing collection of personal work. Of course I let one cartridge languish in my camera and now it's toast.

If your chicken breasts are still frozen, put them in a China or glass dish and cover with cold water. Don't use plastic bowls or dishes .

Mama is going great for an old lady. She still acts like a puppy. She’s eating new food and has totally changed. A lot of energy and big bright eyes. Love her so much.

Do you have an instant pot Dan? I got one to make rice, super quick and easy. I use bone broth instead of water for extra protein, then freeze the rice and reheat it the next day. Supposedly it's healthier if you freeze it and reheat it, changes the starch so your body doesn't absorb as much. Plus it's really tasty cooked in bone broth
