I am so proud of you Dan! I've been working out since April... It was seriously a struggle to get my F ass back in the gym. But I've been pushing myself to go 3-4 days a week for an hour at a time. My stress is down, anxiety is down, sleeping better, and was able to wean off of migraine medication!! It is mental battle every morning I wake up, lol, but I win when I make myself go. And I also don't even weigh myself, I'm of the mindset I just want to FEEL better. Do it for you, do it to feel better, and the rest will follow. ❤️ - Steph
