Hey guys,Enjoy the side by side comparison from the old Maid to Please to the new and updated version you will find in Chapter 6! But this is more of a question for you all, what parts about Shadows of Ambition do you enjoy the most? What makes you look forward to a new update and what keeps you subscribed to the Patreon?I'd love to hear it! I really enjoy seeing how everything progress over each update, like how the story continues cus its actually really good, seeing the amazing scenes that also just gets better looking and great animations and just your improvment overral in scene making, improving older stuff and making the game better!

I've only recently become familiar with this genre of games, and I was recommended this particular game. When I completed it, I immediately began searching for information about the developer and found the patreon. I hadn't registered there before, but I'm willing to wait as long as necessary. I want you to finish this game well. The characters, dialogues, art, and animations are all excellent. Thank you for creating such a wonderful game!

Honestly, I've found the story and characters to be getting increasingly more interesting. I'm looking forward to seeing how it continues to develop.

Build up of netorase themes. The slow burn is torture but nice in the grand scheme of things. Important to build context and develop characters for it to make sense for scenes down the road. So many games force it and it just doesn’t feel natural. Love how you and other devs do it.

I'm an absolute fucking freak and love games with the corruption of a gf to a complete slut, complete with BBC, nts, and ntr elements is a hot as fuck. I really just need some gangbangs at this point. Also really great that the MC gets his own fun. Everyone's gotta get to whore out and be into it Outside of that content, I appreciate the care in the designs and story, and the varied flavors in both appearance and personalities of the cast

I enjoyed the slow burn progression. It makes the lewd scenes a lot more rewarding. A good cast of characters who are very likable and attractive. Improvements in animations and visuals create a good experience. You’re doing amazing with the game, keep it going! Also, Rhea is my brown suga xD.

Love the slow build of corruption with Alice and the involvement of sharing her. The amazing animations, impaling story and of course the cross over from an other game I love. I specially love how often you give us teasers and develop updates. Shows how dedicated you are making this game for us. With that said, I'll support you as long as I can. 🫡

Number one thing would probably be dev consistency. You guys do a great job of being open around the development of the game, and are constantly posting about what’s going on as well as responding to criticism I’ve seen on F95. That sort of communication from dev to players is really nice to have. Aside from that, the character design/art style is quite nice. Of the major AI/NTS games I’ve played, Alice is far and away the most attractive main LI in my eyes.

Alice's character design, most girls are hot but Alice is special. I also like that she seems more eager to try new things than in some other nts games, it's not just to please the MC she likes it too. And finally, the way you do the scenes is top notch, rarely seen a in 2D visual novel. I'll be honest in this regard you're not alone, My New Girlfriend and Shadows of Ambitions are problably the two games with the most dynamic scenes. But your game is the best because of the other reasons I mentioned in my first paragraph.

So, let's start by saying that I've only been a member for a day but from what I've seen I have to say that you seem very professional and helpful, and that's kind of the basis of everything. As for my favorite things it's definitely the art style, which has become my hands-down favorite for this type of game, and the fact that the protagonist isn't a chad who easily screws everyone but rather is very susceptible to the temptation of the female characters. And here we come to my favorite thing: Kate, Sophie and their relationship with Luke. I really love them (especially the first one) and the way they act with Luke and I can't wait to see how it continues. Thanks again and good work.

The game is interesting and knowing that it has a small part of connection with another game that is also fantastic draws a lot of attention. You should talk a little about that subject and tell us if we will see it in chapter 6, but for the rest, great work.

Honestly... it's not different. There are dozens of these out there that try to be NTS, then gravitate to being NTR and most end up trying to shoehorn BBC in there somewhere when it doesn't even apply to neto. It doesn't have multiple paths, player choices that make any difference or a focus on anything other than corrupting someone else. The story is just... typical. And it's such a narrow trope that only appeals to a small minority that you almost have to hybridize, path and code it to include a way to steer it more towards a harem story to gain any traction. With the countless hours of work that goes into these you have to make more than 5 cents an hour or only be doing it for the joy of it. It depends on the artwork to hold it together. It appeals to some in the base, just not to me. But good luck, sincerely.

I enjoy the situations where Alice is slutty/fucks other people with the consent/encouragement of the MC. Basically true NTS moments really make the story exciting and interesting, for me at least

at this point is hard to point anything someone didn't say already! The chemistry between MC and GF is, for me, the high point in all VN! the way they both explore and trust each other is just captivating. also the fact that all characters have some background history just makes the plot more interesting! to finish, and i really have to mention it, the art is really good, it is in my opinion the BEST art type out there at the moment!

I love the artwork. The story is great. The relationship, pushing boundaries, NTS/NTR. I love that to see in the game. No BBC or something. But please keep it up. Due to financial reasons I had to stop my pledge. But I will certainly want to become a member again. The game is so hot!

For me? "Come for the Porn, stay for the story." I like the eroticism. no argument, well done there. But I'm genuinly into the story. What's with Ooglefans, You boss, what secrets are worth killing for, what's the connection with your folks? How can you stay and dig into the mysteries you need answers too, when your only vehicle of entrence threatens your relationship with Alice? Does she know more then you and has already accepted the reality and is trying to be part of it? but, yeah... mostly the story keeps me sticking around. The hot chicks and funtimes are great decorations on that core tree.

For me, the first thing that has to pass muster is the art. Plot and cast are also vital after that, of course, but if the visual does not meet my (admittedly high) standards, I'd never even download and find out how these aspects are in the first place. Your art is quite simply super high quality. There's tons of games and other stuff out there that's simply what people call "AI slop" now - hastily done, low quality. Yours stands far apart from that, because the care you put into what you're creating is evident with every frame. But I'll also agree with all the other commenters who said that your characters and dynamics are very good, super easy to get hooked on the story, your characters are distinct and nuanced... Just take care not to fall into the trap that too many others fell into, which is creating TOO many characters and storylines at the expense of the older, existing ones - I think you're aware of this and got this covered though. Keep in mind that, while polls and opinion of players are important, this is YOUR story to tell. These are your characters, it's your world - we are happy you're sharing it with us, but our say on it should be limited :)

Hot girls. Doesnt get hung up on a single trope. Does different stuff simulaneously without feeling too forced. Also really love the constant enthusiasm from the team and dev, and it shows in the quality as episodes come out. Hope things will go even smoother now that you dont have to juggle between working somewhere else and on the game.

As others say, the slow burn and NTS is amazing, as well as the art style and general story. What i just hope, is that the game will not take an NTR route, but that is just my personal take. Amazing game so far, one of the best even.

You have developed a good story around very attractive people. Alice coming from her shy approach getting more and more into it, Sophie as the lively friend and Kate as the powerful, dark person behind all of them. With additional characters who will be a big challenge for Luke going forward. It is a very good mix of story, animation and fun the guys are having. Love to see the next chapter

To add to it: Like I mentioned several weeks ago: fully understand the linkage with MNGF, especially Vi. Pay attention to have it done in a smooth way, not interlinking both stories completely. Guess Eric and Vi meeting Alice and Luke and having a shared fun will be on your books already, still there should be visits, not one story.

I've said this before and I'll say it again. Strong, big dick Alphas who share their girls for the thrill and fun of sharing is wayy better than any other type of ntr/nts. The main character has that big dick energy, is Packing! his dick is just slightly smaller than the BBC's, if at all. He loves to feel jealous, loves to get teased, and has his own fun on the side. Shares because he wants to not because he has to. I love the direction you're going in. Also, looking forward to the collab with circlegames, they are building on the same genre as well, and I love it!
