Hi everyone!

It's finally here! I'm incredibly excited to announce that the free Steam demo for Shadows of Ambition: Season 1 is now available.

After months of reworking the opening chapters, creating new renders and animations, improving the dialogue, and adding choices, it's a big milestone to finally bring the game to Steam.

The demo includes the reworked Chapters I, II, and III. Whether you've been following the project for a while or you're just discovering Shadows of Ambition, there's plenty to explore.

Expect branching relationships, romance, temptation, collectibles, bonus scenes, and a darker mystery unfolding beneath the surface. Your choices matter, and the ending of Chapter III should leave you with a few questions. 👀

❤️ One small favor

If you enjoy the demo, please consider wishlisting Shadows of Ambition on Steam. As a solo developer, every wishlist and every share helps more people discover the game.

Most of all, thank you for supporting the project and making this milestone possible. There's much more to come for the full release of Season 1!

Well Season I won't be out until next year. I still have a lot of work to do for that. But the demo is available? Should be on the right at the top. Should say download demo. (Right above where it says Single player, Steam achievements, ect...)

HorseEatsFigs

Hmm, could be because I am checking on mobile, I will take a look on pc sometime later then, congrats on getting the demo out tho, you the man 🫵

AbyssGames

Actually, forgot to check a little textbox hidden away in "special settings". Should be a big green button now!

Why isn't the game showing up for me on Steam? Steam Germany 🇩🇪

AbyssGames

Germany doesn't allow it's citizens to play NSFW games on Steam :)

Fabzo447

Games like "The Last of Us" and websites like Pornhub are allowed… but an erotic masterpiece like this one is banned… I will never understand censorship in Germany!!

vibecoder

is there anything new in the steam season 1?

As a fellow German let me advice you, just buy a steam account that was created in the US. Costs like 99cents, there are many trustworthy markets, and is pretty much idiotproof. The only bad thing is the way you can load money on them: its by buying steam cash cards from the same country, the account is from (which you also must buy online (I use g2a for these keys) It really is simple and you can play all the NSFW games you want. I have my account since 3 years-ish and it was definitely worth it.
