Great episode reaction to an amazing episode. Just to inform you incase nobody told y’all, but this show is base on a book series and that’s all I’ll say for now to avoid spoilers.

Darrell Henry

I love the relationship between Uhtred and Ragnar. They’re not blood but their bond is so much closer.

tayscupofjoe

Thank you! And wow we didn’t even know that!

tayscupofjoe

Definitely can see how that makes sense. Ready for more 🙌🏽

Brian Clancy

The Irish dude who was with Uhtred and Halig on the slave ship name is Finan. GOAT of a character, I think he will be one of yall's favs

AlexBoss

You keep on cheering on whenever Uhtred does something rush and not so thought out, and then when the repercussions of those actions come, much like Uhtred, you protest. You keep on forgetting that they live in an older society with different norms and laws. You can't attack an unarmed "man of god" and what's more on holly ground. Also you can't forget that Alfred is King. He is not Uhtred's friend. He is a King first and foremost. You have to realize what that means for the societies back then. A king's word is THE word. Uhtred keeps going at it his own way, which is why we love him as a character, but that has its price. You can't protest when it's time to pay that price.

tayscupofjoe

I think we get that we just like uhtred and who he is as a person. The emotional side of us is attached to him. I understand where Alfred is coming from as a long but as a person just don’t enjoy it

“Pull” one of the best single word deliveries from my GOAT Finan
