The reason why Ubbe is ok with Lagertha is because unlike Ivar, he can understand or at least see why Lagertha did what she did, and how his mom wasn't really a great mom. Like he was the eldest of her children so he was more knowledgeable of Aslaugs behaviour.. Like how she would leave them to sleep with Harbard, how she let Bjorns daughter do whatever which led to her death and other things. Yes he loved his mother and still probably feels the need for justice but he probably understands that Lagertha herself needed Justice for what happened to her, and being Bjorns mom and Ragnars first wife, he still holds respect for her

30:19 , I bet Ivar thought of Sigurd when he saw Prince Igor playing the lute. The lute was the same instrument Sigurd play. Ivar actually used to make fun of Sigurd for it.
