[F4A] Yandere Ghost Won't Let You Take Happy Pills [Hallucinations] [Possessive] [Gaslighting] (Patreon)

Hallucinating your former yandere partner doesn't go well, so you've been prescribed happy pills to resolve this issue. You are begged not to because you don't want to be blamed for hurting your partner again. A slip of the tongue reveals she isn't a hallucination, but is a ghost and has been testing whether or not your loyalty remained, even in death.

TW// Gaslighting, mentions of medication, manipulatiion
