I've been waiting for it to die so I can do this.

Also, check out those Collections! I finally got this shit organised! And I made some interesting rediscoveries. Let me know if I forgot anything, which I inevitably have.

Is the 2023 WHSmith logo missing from the video?

Stuart Kenny

As WHSTV was mentioned, there's an idea. A documentary looking at the early days of Cable TV in the UK, like Rediffusion Cablevision, Music Box etc. Although a lot of recordings are very few and far between. It's one to put on the pile of ideas.

I remember you suggesting this break a little while back; I’d second recommending it be turned into a Have a Break at some point.

Chris Oakley

When I saw WHSmith in the title of this video, I hoped you'd be including the 'musical extravaganza' from the early 1970s. Thanks for making this old bastard very happy.

Stuart Kenny

I'm sure Matthew can rustle something up, along with the several dozen other suggestions he's had over the years.

Loved this matthew i went for a job interview with my local wh smiths in hamilton, scotland. I did mention in interview how i loved smiths but it was a dated dying company. Not a good idea i know but it was harsh but fair. Im still angry they took over my local menzies and then shut it down.
