In other news, the cholesteatoma's back. You know, the thing in my ear? It was always on the cards since even a single cell left behind will grow back again, so it usually takes more than one pass to get it all. It does mean more surgery, though, at some point in the future - hopefully before Christmas this time - so there'll probably be at least one gap without any episodes during 2026. With that in mind, and because it's what Patreon want me to do anyway, I'm going to start the process of switching from charging per-creation to a simple monthly subscription to my arse. So heads up for that.
