So The Hard Sell is on hiatus for about a month so I can work on this:

which is set to be a feature-length documentary going from Zokko and its roots in the Saturday Cinema Club to TMI, Dick and Dom and the end of the format, Saturday Mashup notwithstanding. This is looking like it'll take a while. Hopefully it'll be ready by the 1st of September, but that is not a promise.

But I still need to get paid! You're still my only income! But that's okay, because I've also paused The Hard Sell to work on something I was commissioned for ages ago and basically forgot like a bastard: more Will Riff For Cash! You know, where someone shows me a commercial break from times gone by and I make fun of it MST3K style over the top? Went down quite well the first time, so someone's asked for more and with no Hard Sell to prepare I have time to actually work on the thing! It should be out Friday as a paid post, but only for you. The public will never see it!

Also, in case you remember my Bandcamp, I might could have a record for you to buy by the end of the week too, if you like. Unlike the last one, which was vaporwave, this one is straight-ahead ambient. Quite dark ambient. Half hour drones and bleeps and that sort of thing. It's called "Maris Piper Nine" after the 33 minute opening track and it has album art:

So keep an eye out for that if you like weird noises and no beats. Will only cost you the bare minimum Bandcamp allows.
