I've been thinking I need to do more bonus stuff to justify my Patreon and here's an opportunity. Thursday is the 30th anniversary of my parents happening to record a Peter Bogdanovich film on TSW. A truly seismic event. No, really, in the shaping of my personality it is, because I used to watch the adverts from it all the time, and it got me into the whole "mono no aware" state of mind that I'm now eking out a living on. So on Thursday from around 8:00 my time (ie BST) I'm going to watch all the adverts again and talk all over them and YOU are there. It's like a live Hard Sell episode. Sort of. Specifically episode 50, because this tape was used for that as well. And you can ask me questions and yell random Bible passages or whatever you want. I have never done this before and will almost certainly fuck up at least 5 times.
