Right, well, that was fun. After ringing up Buzby and being left on hold until the phone batteries ran down - twice - the feathery bastard finally sent some engineers to fix the Internet. Turns out it was broken two days earlier by some other BT engineers, which explains why we saw a couple of them the other day driving away sharpish, keeping their heads down the whole time.
