With thanks to Gryph Lane for reminding me this was an option.

Of course I know the movie Revolution, it's the movie that got occasional news updates of the then unfolding Hoddle Street Massacre (at least on Channel TEN) https://youtu.be/47kspE7Q1oE

A worthy tribute. Well done 🙂

Andrew Coldrick

Granted he's still alive, but would you ever do an artist tribute to Bill Plympton? I think one of the most popular adverts on your YT channel is that Nik Naks ad, and he's had a lot of other gleefully surrealistic similar commercials in the past in both the US & UK.

Lovely stuff. I'd forgotten about that expertly crafted pant-based parody of the famous BA ad. Scope for a Hard Sell on Adverts That Parody Other Adverts for April Fool's Day?

Stuart Kenny

That was a very good tribute to an underrated film director and a great director of adverts. For what it's worth, Revolution is on Great! Movies early Tuesday morning if you want to tape it. It's a shame Hudson ended up in the same "director's jail" that Tom Hooper is now in post-Cats, but Hudson deserved a proper second chance, but he never got it.

Rhys

Get it in while he could possibly watch it

An excellent tribute man :) He really was a craftsman of his age, sorely missed. I think you did a blinder on this one :)
