It's the festive Christmas whatever machine! Christmas festive Christmas Christmas! 

Also ear surgery. So here's the plan: record the narration for the new version of Radio Times Christmas Wrapping at the weekend. Hopefully I'll be able to put it together the following week after the painkillers wear off. Make Christmas Wrapping on the 23rd as usual. Probably not have time to make any more Rule the Waves this year. If I'm completely incoherent, either from pain or medication or both, well, you won't notice the difference, will you?

Great stuff once again. I think the Bublé advert gets my vote this year. He's clearly aware of the forced jolity of the thing, but he's happy to play along with it. Nice venison gag, by the way.

Aldi bought out Winn Dixie this year. Kroger's the best in selling during the holidays, Publix does the same. I have a Quicksilver Card from Capital One myself. Walmart and Asda are like this🤞🏾 There needs to be an animated advert next year. Maybe a crossover with The Snowman and Helen Oxenbury's We're going on a bear hunt, that would be very lovely 🙂😃😀😄😁 Happy Holidays everybody!!!

I know you were purposefully emphasising the weirdness and creepiness of the Sainsburys advert, which is completely accurate, but I couldn't stop myself from shouting 'IT'S A METAPHOR' at the screen several times, like I was Brian Connelly with Larry the Loafer, or like I was at a Panto.
