Jujutsu Kaisen - S1x12 Uncut Early Access Reaction

Man, this show has got a LOT better! Really into it now. Also excited by the fact that we can be up to date reasonably soon

I started watching Jujutsu Kaisen recently too and I wasnt much into it because of the silliness, but I can assure you it gets really good, no spoilers ofc

This ep is where this show really clicked for me. You have run of the mill curses and then there’s mahito, one who cant even be damaged by a regular sorcerer because of how much he understands his own soul. The only one who can fight him is yuji because of sukuna making him the only other being aware of his own soul. Nanami would die in a solo rematch, gojo is too famous/away on business to notice the new threat. Man the stakes were done so well.

I’m soooo glad you’re enjoying it so much!!

shikagmi are basically what u described, like a medium to control ur curse energy usually through something like an animal that’s representative of ur curse energy. another example would be megumi with his dogs, frogs, etc.

This is the episode I’ve been most excited for you to see omggg. The scene where Sukuna puts Mahito in his place for touching his soul gives me chills!!

shikigami were originally from japanese mythology and there were basically the same concept, a ghost or spirit or apparition that is summoned by someone through a ritual and linked to the person that summoned them
