Inspired by Disney’s Pirates of the Caribbean ride, this Halloween decoration is the perfect addition to any home haunt or haunted house. Bartholomew “Barty” is an easy prop to build using a life-sized skeleton, a fountain pump, and a barrel. We dressed up the scene and outfitted our pirate with thrift store finds from Goodwill®. The great thing about this project is that you can use the pond fountain drinking trick to fit in with any DIY Halloween theme. You could create a zombie drinking toxic sludge, a vampire drinking blood, or a witch drinking a magical potion. If you'd like to make your very own DIY halloween pirate drinking skeleton , we encourage you to give this easy Halloween project a try!
