do you put a lot of thought into your characters pesonality to help decide the outfit & accessories or is this just something you figure out as you go along? And do you do much research for them?

It differs. For this one, during the rough sketch phase, I initially had a different concept in mind but it became a punk idea in the end. After that was decided I researched references.
