The closest thing to a romance among main characters would probably be Koichi and Yukako, as rocky of a start as their romance had. IIRC, Araki has gone on record saying he doesn't really care for doing anything romantic with his characters too much because he's not very good at making them mesh into the story and not be awkward. Which is respectable, stick to what you're good at I suppose.
