This was such a tough set to complete, I'm just going to go lie down for a bit :)For a change, what you do you think about these pieces?  Do let me know in the comments!p.s. The process steps will still be up as always, but I need a little break before writing them.

My new fav?????? I’m in love now ??? This is so beautiful I have no words 😭😭😭

Stygian Steward

Gorgeous. I really love the storytelling and the emotion on display in these pieces. Is she lonely? Did she make a terrible mistake? She looks to be reflecting on something.

Negative

Jesus, I think this set is your best work yet.

Lady Josephine

Wow! Just wow! And the lighting on that last one…😱😍😍😍

Salvatore Iuzzolini

I love this but I'm terrible at explaining exactly why, but I will try to do my best 😅 There's a calmness/peacefulness that I really like. My favourite is the last one where she looks up at the viewer. You do use awesome angles to frame each illustration (as you usually do), which personally inspire and motivates me to try different things. Each illustration could easily be a snapshot from a movie, and I love that. But most of all, I love the storytelling and that you get the viewer curious and ask questions. I think that the most important thing, and it's really hard to do. Well done 👏

i love the splash of red. it really accentuates the mood of each piece. i think the third piece is my fave. it really makes the character feel small and alone while she’s thinking with this large snake lol

Soul77

Love it Guweiz. Your story telling is beautiful :D

Wow I don’t even now if words can explain that I’m beyond impressed I’m in love with your art

CJoe

These are gorgeous pieces. It looks like she has a shelter, far from all the violence she lives in. There is so much left to imagination here. Well done 🙂

Your artistic vision is so impressive! I really love the composition, color palette and the general design of this pieces, i just can sit and watch the scene for hours imaging what's going on, just an amazing work.

I find that spending bigger blocks of time without posting tend to be a lot more productive in terms of quality for myself!

guweiz

they are fun to texture :)

guweiz

Thank you, that is always the nicest compliment to hear!

guweiz

It's always a reliable color combo!

guweiz

Glad that you enjoy it!

guweiz

Thank you very much for sharing your thoughts! Composition gets a lot more challenging when I try to achieve a specific end goal, so I'm really glad that you find them very cinematic. Storytelling is also very fun to dabble in more :)

I really liked the red because it sort of gave a surreal look compared to the more grungy realistic places I usually draw. The giant snake one is probably also my favorite of the set!

guweiz

Thank you, it's something I'm working on so it's heartening to hear such nice things

guweiz

Thank you, that's very kind :)

guweiz

Thank you, that's a really good interpretation !

guweiz

I definitely want to do a lot more, and better!

guweiz

Thank you, it was a lot of frustration figuring out exactly how to compose and color the set, so I'm glad that you liked the direction! I think that's a really nice end goal, to let viewers kind of imagine their own story.

Cristina

No rush but still waiting for process steps :3

guweiz

It will be a special one this time, so it's taking a bit longer!

Artkoea Bogiatto

Thank you! I'm really sorry to hear that, it's strange but it's accessible on my end, not sure what could be up. I've sent you a message with google drive link for the set instead.
