Finished piece started in last month's tutorial video! It was quite challenging to compose a more complete scene set in a nature theme, but it did help me reorganize my own workflow and learn a couple of new things as well.Part 2 of the video on the topic of environment design will be up later this month - thank you very much as always for your support!

I love the way you frame your scenes. It is so striking and invites the eye to ponder the spatial relations. I love the color palette. The yellow pops so well and the lighting has clear movement. It's mysterious and wonderful!

Stunning as always! Wondering can you talk a bit more on colour theory? Especially on the subject of color and light, that would be really helpful :3

I really like the color choice and slight hints of yellow. It’s very faint but changes the entire feel of the illustration. Studying your works has helped me improve my illustrations, especially in terms of the overall piece and grasping the entire ‘canvas’. Your works always feel so 'complete' lol. I am usually in a hurry and tend to rush my drawings to get to the finish line. Do you ever feel pressure on creating the next piece and have you ever found yourself comparing responses (from fans and onlookers) to different works? I try not to do it but it’s difficult. Anyway thanks for sharing your art (also your advise in one of your older tutorials about making the thumbnail represent what you want changed the outcome of my illustrations! Thanks!)

Thank you for the suggestion!

Thank you, I think rushing deliberately (especially personal work) can be counterproductive a lot of the time- why cut the quality your own work when you have already spend so much effort on it? Although I can understand sometimes when motivation runs out on a specific piece, in that case I think it's ok to start something new and possible come back later. Comparing the performance of each piece is definitely something I do as well - I think there are positives to it (as there are the obvious negatives). I would say lot of times where a piece did "poorly" I later was able to find out what was lacking, and vice versa. It's not so much that it makes me change my own interest in subjects and draw something that i don't want, but rather gives me info on how to better express and present what I wanted!

Wow thank you for your response I appreciate it!

Hi Guweiz! I've been watching your tutorial videos, and I've seen that the three brushes you use the most are a round brush and a rough flat brush that you shared with us. I realized that there is another brush that is kind of like a square that you use very often. do you mind sharing that also?
