Hi everyone! This is going to be a long post, but here’s a quick summary of what it’s about in case you want to read just a specific part or all of it!

Thank you all! The year ended and started on a great note. This project has been going for over 2 years now, and there was always a need to upgrade my PC to work locally. I’ve been buying various necessary components since last year, but it wasn't until January that I could finally get the last remaining parts, like the graphics card (it arrives in 2 weeks). I’ll likely have everything updated by February or early March. Thanks again!
In case you're wondering why it took so long: it’s because I use cloud services/servers to create commissions. Over time, I needed 1 to 3 services running simultaneously for better speed (this is a simplified explanation). Before July 2025, each commission often cost me half or even more of the member's subscription fee. If there were complex requirements, the cost went even higher! However, with the changes implemented after July 2025, I had more income, which I invested in improving my model version and testing new things like videos and multiple characters.
I probably won't stop using cloud services entirely since I have many configurations that won't be easy to run on Windows, but I can confirm that being able to work locally means much more comfort and new experiences for me.
By the way, a special thanks to the high-tier (Circuit, Nexus and Quantum) members for your suggestions, ideas, and extra patience—but also to every other member for choosing my work. It’s truly incredible that most of you have been here for over 6 months! :^)/
Changes to commission previews
Lately, there have been more comments about the styles in the previews looking very similar. This is somewhat inevitable due to the characters' origins. I tried to fix this over the last few weeks, but it hasn't worked out perfectly despite spending more time on it, which has led to delays.
There are 2 types of posts: individual and multi-character.
For individual posts: I will no longer post 4 styles. I’ll only do 2-3 depending on the commission's demands—such as a lesser-known character, a custom outfit/lingerie, or a specific theme.
For multi-character posts (which are getting more attention lately): There will be only one style. This way, you can provide feedback if you think any corrections are needed for the commission. This was coordinated with all interested members before February and they’ve given me their approval, which gives me peace of mind.
In both cases, I believe this change is the right move to focus on the details of the FINAL commission. It also reduces the workload for preview posts, which often accounted for 40% of the total time spent on a commission. Now, I can dedicate that time to improving the process, generating more content like videos, and delivering commissions faster.
Regarding post continuations with no outfit changes, I will ask if you prefer to use the same style (which speeds up delivery even more) or if you'd like a preview post.
Other Updates
Videos will now be 4-5 seconds long. Complexity has been reduced, though not as much as I’d like to lower the cost yet. Maybe with a bit more time they’ll become more common; I intend to add at least 1 video to every post in the coming months.
I’ve updated the post list with the new commissions for February and updated dates for some commissions (I apologize for the delay, I’ll try to make it up to you!). You can check it here: https://www.weeb2weeb.com/upcoming
Next month, 2-3 members will reach their 6-month milestone!
More powerful/capable AI models are currently being released and I’m experimenting with them. They are promising, and while it's still early, a significant leap forward is visible. As soon as I can, I’ll fully migrate to those models and you’ll notice the improvements!
I hope to start posting on other social media again this month or next. I’ve put it off for so long, but I think it’s time—though I’ll take it slow.
I’ll try to add GIFs to the ZIP files for future posts; I received feedback suggesting this.
That’s all for now. Thank you for your patience and support! My goal is to keep improving as much and as progressively as possible
