It's getting juicyyyy! Totally agree as a woman I find it disgusting when women falsely accuse or play any card related to assault just to get their way and ruin a mans reputation etc. when it's not true. Especially because like you said there are so many real victims and 99% of them don't even get justice in any form, let alone their lives back, and the fact that this precedent has been set because of so many incidents that now it makes it so easy and believable when a woman just says it even if she has no proof it's enough, because of the millions of cases where it does happen.
