Dennis Jenkins in an example of how people can become better. Even before Athena caught him and he was convicted of Emmitt's death, he had turned his life around. And in prison, when given the chance to help catch horrible people, he stepped up and helped. At great personal risk, because being friendly with a child predator in prison could have got him killed by the other prisoners. I love that Athena told him to take the deal. It provided some healing for both of them. Plus, he stepped up big time while they were on the plane... and then took the bullet for Bobby.
