That is not the law in the United States of America. I can’t speak for anywhere else, but please look it up. Everyone on US soil has rights. You have the right to due process. You have the right to an attorney. Among other things. How are they even going to figure out if you are undocumented if you don’t go to court and aren’t able to plead your case. Immigrants have been coming here for years. You literally said your grandparents were immigrants. Do you think they didn’t have rights when they got to the US? The US Constitution applies to all persons here not just citizens. Not trying to be disrespectful or rude btw just letting you know.

Correct. I think I skipped a few phrases there. Mind not fully on track. Yes. But the constitution does not FULLY apply to everyone. Yes in many legal ways. Correct. There are some strictly citizen based things though they do not. I think that’s more where my mind wondered. Vast majority in the immigration scenario there isn’t a fight to be had in court so you don’t technically get that due process. Depends though. Again mind on the track but wrong train. I definitely was mixed on the thought process with a few others things compared to what I said here. Things are so much easier to think when it’s not randomly in the moment plus with all these topics it’s hard. All good. You can only be disrespectful if name calling occurs and that has not or will not occur. All good. Conversation is important. Appreciate it.
