And another Dawson's Creek actor! Mary Margaret Humes was Mrs. Leery (Dawson's mom). I love seeing her in this episode. The character is so heartbreaking. And I want to knock her kids heads together, because they are going to grow up to be like their dad, unless someone gives them some serious reality checks and therapy.

Seriously, I love that they wrote AJ Cook's pregnancy into the show! A lot of times, shows cover an actress's pregnancy with clothes, camera angles and props. If you re-watch this one and ep 17, you can see them doing that a bit... as the actress was further along then her character.

The abused woman broke my heart... The way she speaks about herself, and the way her own kids speak about her, it's just heartbreaking. Even with a good therapy, I don't know if she can be fixed. She's soooo out of it...
